Hello! I am William Errol Prowse IV, creator of MSTR :)
Hi! My name is William Prowse IV and am author of "Plantar Fasciitis Survival Guide" and also creator of this website and therapy "MSTR".
I started to get heel pain 4 years ago from gymnastics. I had a partial rupture of my left plantar fascia, and a slow onset of chronic plantar fasciitis on my right foot. I limped around for the first four months until I just couldn't stand the pain. Then with the guidance of a podiatrist I put my foot in a cast for 2 months. When I came out of it, it took me a long time to walk again and slowly the pain started to come back. I was extremely desperate and was trying everything, every single day for months. About six months after the cast failed to deliver results, I went to a soft tissue therapist. That is when I had my first moment of "relief" ever since the heel pain started. I explored my options with soft tissue therapists and traveled far and wide to find the best of the best. I started to copy their methods and made my own that anyone could do at home. Slowly over time I developed erythromelalgia (this is why my feet are red in my videos) which is a rare neurovascular disorder. I also have a lot of other health problems. Fixing my pain is something i do 24/7 and I hope to help other people in pain like me :) Check out my other website by clicking here: Plantar Fasciitis Survival Guide |
